Social initiatives create lasting impact when hard work and focused efforts are sustained over time. However, moving from initial triggers to transformative outcomes demands significant financial support to maintain dedicated teams and basic operations. Our current priority is to seek support and collaboration from leading national organizations active in the CSR domain. We aim to position ourselves as a trusted ground-level partner—carrying forward the vision and objectives of larger organizations by creating meaningful social impact, nurturing skilled youth, and fostering awareness among the most vulnerable sections of society.

Recently participated in different social initiatives

Recently participatedin different social initaitives : Hrishikesh Foundation has empowered over 2,500 rural youth through classroom and on-the-job training, enabling them to build sustainable careers in private, government, and self-employment sectors. Flagship initiatives like the Lakh Production Program and Bee Keeping Program have fostered women's development in naxal-affected areas, while vocational skill training projects supported by state departments continue to uplift marginalized communities.

Operating in five remote villages—Awari, Themabugrag, Timenar, Eadka, and Bharanda—across Narayanpur, Balod, and Dondi Block, the Foundation has directly impacted over 830 lives, with plans to expand into 20 more villages. A notable CSR partnership trained 800 students, achieving an 80% placement rate with Sree Foundation Group distributors.

The true strength of Hrishikesh Foundation lies in its lasting bonds: an evolving alumni network where former trainees, now parents and professionals, remain actively engaged—turning social training into a lifelong journey of transformation and shared purpose.
